It is decision Week 10 in the NFL and the best of the best are rising to the top in fantasy football leagues across America.

So for those who still have something to play for, there are a number of fantasy stars who might not be so super this week. And of course a couple of late inning replacements to fill a few voids and carry you to your league title.

Week 10 starts off on Thursday night and so should your fantasy points with Cleveland Browns tight end Kellen Winslow.

Even though the Browns will be starting quarterback Brady Quinn for the first time, expect that move to be a breath of fresh air into Cleveland's stagnant offense.

The incompetence of the Denver Broncos defense in getting to the quarterback mirrors that of the NHL and the marketing of their product, so expect another long day for Mike Shanahan's once proud franchise.

An opportunity arises in Miami with a 1 p.m. start time on Sunday when the Dolphins host the Mike Holmgren farewell tour and his struggling Seattle Seahawks.

Over time, a west coast team that must travel east for what amounts to a 9 a.m. start time has resulted in performances that resemble a John McCain rally in enthusiasm and energy.

Chad Pennington will be the recipient of this ultra favorable match-up as well as his favorite target, wide receiver Greg Camarillo.

On the always important running back front, the Tennessee Titans feature two backs worth starting along with a new found starter in the desert.

Running backs Lendale White and Chris Johnson will take on a Chicago Bears defense that is more reputation than substance nowadays.

White will find the end zone while his partner in crime should see 20 touches against a Bears front seven that has not resembled the 2005 version since, well, 2005.

The Edgerrin James experiment is officially over and the first place Arizona Cardinals have decided to hand the reigns over to Tim Hightower.

Even though Hightower has been getting the goal line carries, carries between the 20 have been sparingly. And not to mention that the San Francisco 49ers have not exactly lit the world on fire since their hiring of Mike Singletary and his pants shedding prowess, so Hightower looks to have a starter's effort on Monday night.

Brandon Marshall is obviously starter worthy, but keep in mind that he has not scored a touchdown since week four.

The loss of Chicago Bears quarterback Kyle Orton will have a direct impact on running back Matt Forte, especially against arguably the top defense in the Tennessee Titans. Even though Forte had success in the second half last week, it was against the Detroit Lions.

The loss of running back Kolby Smith in Kansas City along with the Larry Johnson debacle will undoubtedly benefit Jamaal Charles. The rookie recorded his first 100 yard game last week and he faces a San Diego Chargers defense that like the Bears, is built more on reputation than results.

Fans in Cincinnati, Dallas, Tampa Bay and Washington will be without the services of their team this week.

And do not forget to set your line-ups early because the NFL will start their Thursday slate of games starting with the Denver Broncos visiting Cleveland on Thursday.
