A 19-year-old student passed out in her campus apartment around 9:38 p.m. Officer Eddie Weems said the victim was awake and talking upon arrival. Medic One and the fire department left the scene after she refused transportation. Weems said she received a minor cut to head but not enough to require stitches.

Joshua J. Fortenberry, 28, received a university referral for disorderly conduct after he entered the Student Union cafeteria to speak to friends and instead got a glass of milk. Fortenberry was asked for his card so it could be swiped, and he refused.

A 21-year-old student reported a cracked window, valued at $100, between 12:38-1 a.m. Wednesday. Officer Bobby J. Duff said the cracked glass pane of his window was discovered after the student was removing a McCain presidential support sign from his NorthPark Quads window.

Oct. 21 Eastern police began investigating a man who possibly had "inappropriate materials relating to matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor" on his computer. Oct. 24 Cash totaling $76 was reportedly stolen from the information desk in the Powell building.

Nov. 6

A student reported a person not affiliated with Marquette stealing property from a car in the 2000 block of West Wisconsin Avenue. The suspect fled the scene but was caught by DPS officers a few blocks away. The Milwaukee Police Department took the suspect into custody after it was discovered that the man had three felony warrants for his arrest.

At 2:49 p.m., a 21-year-old female student reported that an unidentified suspect stole her purse in Westowne Mall. The student was sitting next to her purse and backpack when the suspect grabbed her purse and fled the scene. The victim's property was estimated at $121.
